Capital Budget

Fiscal Year 2015-2016

Governor John Kasich's capital budget for fiscal years 2015 and 2016, introduced in the General Assembly on March 17, 2014, will provide fiscally responsible investments to maintain and improve the state's educational and public-service infrastructure. This $2.4 billion capital spending plan focuses on the most pressing needs of state government, schools and higher education, with particular emphasis given to each investment's impact on jobs and economic growth.
